I have done over 50 hours of volunteer work at Madigan hospital in the pediatric unit, the PICU, and the NICU. I have also been babysitting since I was 12 years old, so I have about 5 years of experience.

Painting is a hobby of mine and I think it is always so fun to have children paint with me! Although I discovered this can be a very messy activity, kids always seem to enjoy it. I also like to bake with kids I watch.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Last summer I nannied for a family friend, I watched her girls 2-3 times a week. The day before my birthday I got to their house and the girls (3 and 6 years old) were baking me a cake and had tons of decorations hung up. The whole day we went through the party schedule they had planned. This was by far my favorite nanny moment, it was so precious and made me feel so appreciated.
