Hi I'm Krystal as you've already read. I'm 42 years old. No I'm not a spring chicken. I chose to wait until my children were grown to really focus on me and my goals. I'm also enrolled in college online for digital marketing. I've always been creative. I am CPR/first aide certified. I just recently moved back to Louisiana from Paris TX. In which I had to leave my two caregiving jobs there. A four year old Sébastien during the night and an alzhimers patient during the day. Both of which I love and miss dearly. The most important part of being a nanny is showing kindness and caring for the children I'm looking after. It's crucial to be reliable and always there when they need you. Building trust both the kids and their parents is key to being in this role.

My experience with special needs children...

I have had the privilege of working with a child who has ADHD, and I understand the challenges that come with it. One example of my experience is when I noticed the child was becoming overwhelmed and frustrated during a task. Instead of getting upset or losing patience, I calmly redirected their focus by suggesting a short break or trying a different approach. By being empathetic understanding their needs, I was able to help them refocus and feel more successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I sat down with kids after a long day and we shared stories about our day. It was heartwarming to see them open up and trust me enough to share their thoughts and feelings. I felt I was truly making a difference in their lives and that connection meant everything to me.
