A little bit about me

I am a 43 year-old hospice/oncology registered nurse who recently moved here after my fiancée took a job as a petroleum inspector. I also have an A.S. in Business Administration and a BBA in Marketing/Management as well from Texas Tech University. I do not have any children of my own, and he has a toddler who is two years old but he remained in Texas. I did suffer a miscarriage last year which was extremely heartbreaking, but adoption is still an option should we choose to go that route. Perhaps that is too much info for some, but I believe in being transparent and open regarding my situation/childcare experience.

I was also badly injured several years ago (spinal fracture) and working long shifts as a bedside nurse just isn’t feasible, so I’m trying something different. That being said, I am still physically in good shape and have no difficulty lifting, running, or playing with children. I love kids and look forward to meeting yours!!
