Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I helped care for children at my grandmother’s job. She works at a school, and I would go with her and help watch the kids. I helped keep them calm, played with them, and made sure they were safe. I learned how to care for different ages and how to handle more than one child at a time. This experience helped me become more patient and responsible.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to do fun and safe activities with children, both indoors and outdoors. Inside, I can read books with them, do coloring or drawing, play with toys, and help with simple learning games. Outside, I like to play tag, toss a ball, blow bubbles, or go for walks if it’s safe to do so. I always make sure the activities are fun, age-appropriate, and keep the kids happy and active.

What matters most about being an Nanny is making sure the child feels safe,loved, and cared for. It's important to be patient, kind, and responsible at all times. You have to pay attentions to the child needs, keep them safe, and help them learn and grow in a fun and loving way. Being reliable and having good attitudes also matters, because kids look up to you and feels energy.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with one special needs child while helping at my grandmother’s job. I’m not sure exactly what his needs were, but I noticed he liked to move around a lot and would scream when things didn’t go his way. I learned to stay calm, be patient, and try different ways to help him feel better and stay focused.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments working with kids is when my favorite child at my grandma’s job sees me. Every time I walk in, she runs up to me with a big smile and gives me a hug. It always makes my day and shows me how much kids can feel your care and love.
