I volunteered at a nursery weekly for over two years where I managed anywhere from 10-20 toddlers at a time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing activities like going to parks, going places like jump parks and other fun places for kids. I love doing arts and crafts (I find that messy ones are the most fun and give the best memories). My absolute favorite activities involve water (anything like swimming).

Forming a connection with the kids. For the nanny, it is a job. But for the kids, it is a new addition to the family. It is someone they will look up to and be around constantly. The formative years are so important, so making a positive impact on the kids is a must.

I stopped nannying for my last family due to covid, and a few months after I stopped working for them, I was able to visit them. Their daughter was on my hip the entire night and eventually fell asleep in my arms.
