I worked at a daycare before where i was taking care infants to toddlers. I also babysit my little cousin Seven who is one years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing with kids. When I was working at the daycare, i would color and play mini games with them indoors. And also, i would take them outside and watch them. When they would get hurt, i would report it and clean the child’s wound.
The most important part about being a nanny...
What really matters to me as a nanny, is actually being there for the child and love them as their your own. I still follow the rules the parents tells me about their child and i make sure that I follow that.
My experience with special needs children...
I watched a kid who have special needs. He was really sweet but be rude sometimes. He hated talking naps so when everyone would take a nap, i would talk to him and try to make him go to sleep. But mostly when that don’t happen, i would just have a regular conversation with him and color with him. I also have a cousin who have special needs as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment of working at the daycare was the kids calling me Miss Kyli and they would come sit on my lap and cuddle with me. It would always warm my heart everytime.
