"As a new mom, I was very nervous about leaving my baby with anyone to be quite honest. But my maternity leave was ending, and I needed to find a good place to take my little one. My hesitation was evident when speaking with Kylie over the phone for the very first time, as she could tell that I was nervous, so she had me come over to show me around and talk through any of my uncertainties. This demonstrates her care, not only for the children, but for the parents as well. Later still, when watching our little one, she would even text me photos or messages to keep me updated and let me know our baby was safe, which I loved. I’m so happy that we chose Kylie to watch our little one, because she made us feel confident and comfortable with her quality of care.
