The most important part about being a nanny is having a great relationship not just with the kids but with the parents. You want to have trust with the family. You want to be the kids little best friend. Keeping them safe and getting them to their practices and keeping them out doors and active is also very important to me. You want the parents to be able to leave the house with no stress with who they are leaving their kids with.
