i love going on walks with the kiddos , doing fun arts and crafts, dance parties , catching up on homework if needed help , taking them to the park or just playing outside in the yard if possible . etc .
The most important part about being a nanny...
I can honestly say the most beautiful and important thing about being a teacher , care giver , nanny , etc is just having that bond with the child , building trust , living them as if they’re your own , caring for them , being there for them when they need you . The big important thing also is making sure you communicate the best way you know how with the parents , update them on everything , let them know that you’ll do your best to make sure there child is safe with you . trust is a big thing in all of this .

I’ve cared for children that were on the Spectrum and most didn’t think the could talk but i recently had a child talk and communication his needs and that just made me want to keep doing my job even more .
