Putting your kids in someone else’s care can be risky especially when you don’t know the person and what they can teach to your child when you’re away. I believe it is important to get to know the parents and what they want you to implement into their kids when they’re away and also what is okay for you to implement from yourself. It is all about respect, boundaries and knowing how they want to raise their kids and going along with that.
