The most important part of being a nanny isn't about "being good with kids" it's being someone a child feels safe with being fully themselves around. It's also about consistency in how you show up. As a nanny, you should also respect their individuality especially when dealing with their hard moments. The real impact is from how you respond when they're upset, testing boundaries, or acting out.
