I am full time nanny from Brazil I speak English and Portuguese fluently, I have 16 years experience working with children and 8 years as a full time nanny to infants and toddlers. My top priority is to ensure that any child under my supervision is well taken cared of, safe, healthy, learning and having fun. I provide investigative and explorative activities in and outdoors, weather permitting.
I implement rules and boundaries set forth by you as parents to ensure the growth of your child is in the right direction. The only expectations I require to do my job as needed is clear communication and respect.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been providing back up care for different families seeking last minute coverage from nannies calling in sick, or on vacation, daycare being closed to Summer break, providing intermittent full time care for families trying to figure out their next move etc.
Within every child care job my duties are typically always the same and would include: feeding, diaper/clothes changes, light cleaning (washing bottles and baby clothes, cleaning play area, organize babies room etc).
For long term jobs will there be any benefits provided?

guaranteed pay ( meaning family goes on vacation they must still pay for any time unused) also if I am hired to work for one year that is a guaranteed 52 weeks I have set aside to work for a family and expect to be paid for allotted time.

Caring for someone else's child is a huge responsibility therefore trust, respect and clear communication on parents needs/ expectations from me as a nanny is very important. I like to establish a respectable bond with the family, set a small structured yet flexible routine with the child. My number one priority is to ensure that any child under my supervision is well taken care of, safe, healthy, learning and having fun.
I intend to spend the day actually engaging with the child, working on developing speech and motor skills through verbal interaction by talking, reading, singing. I will provide investigative and explorative activities in and outdoors, weather permitting. I believe parents seeking any form of child care should receive the best quality care, especially from nanny as the job is more one on one based.
