My name is Laney Wells. I graduated from Benton High School in 2022. I am currently 20 years old. I am in the accelerated Nursing Program at UALR, I graduate December 2024. I have a lot of experience with child care, I have worked in a daycare, I have coached cheerleading since I was 17, I have coached all ages. I also have worked at Baptist as a postpartum tech for over a year where most of my job involves Newborn care, from helping parents learn how to take care of their newborns to handling the newborn testing and helping in times of crisis. I am also CPR certified. I love working with babies! I plan on working women's health resource when I graduate which would include L/D, NICU, and postpartum care. I have a busy school schedule so I'm looking for something that would be more of a part time care position to give moms time to care for themselves, I know how demanding and challenging motherhood is especially when you have a baby that depends on you for all of their needs.
