Activities I enjoy doing with children...
With how hot it gets during the summer; indoor activities are very important! When I take care of children - I find coloring to be such a good outlet for them to use their energy on. Not only do you get an amazing drawing from your child/children, your child is working their brain with all those fun colors and shapes! When I color with children; I always make sure to ask them the colors they're using, the shapes they're coloring, and much more! It's such a good way to teach your kid/s and make them happy without having to go out in the heat! Another activity is singing and dancing! It gives a creative outlet for your kids!
Now when it isn't too hot, I'm fine with walking around the neighborhood or going to the local park! As long as the weather isn't too hot or cold!

My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children who have disorders or disabilities, specifically ADHD and autism. For both ADHD and autism, my main focus is making sure your child is comfortable and safe with me. If your child is autistic - I'm incredibly careful with noise, textures, scents, and more! With children that have ADHD, I can provide more hands on activities! I am also open to taking care of children with other disabilities as I am incredibly patient!
