My name is Larrissa. I am a mother of my amazing boy who is 12. Its just me and him and I love that I have babysat since I was old enough to take the babysitting course at 16. I volunteered at Summer Camps, babysat my little bro with disabilities, I babysat my friends kids one with disability while she got her LNA, babysat both my neighbors children, my last job with kids was in 2017 I was asked by the director if I wanted to work that summer. My son went to the after school program. I said Yes, and I had an amazing summer with those kids, teachers and my son. I think its important to have a good weekly routine. Stick to times, do fun and learning activities, quiet time with a book. Music, water sports, learning good and healthy communication (conflict resolution) kids are just way more fun and cooler then adults lol

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I volunteered at the Recreational Center in Keene NH for 3 years, every summer during the summer program when I was under 16. I took a babysitting course when I was 16 at the Red Cross. I watched the children at my
Gym in order to get a free membership. I continued to keep up with my child and adult CPR and First Aid courses every 2 years. I babysat my little brother who was born in 2010 with fetal alcohol syndrome and other major disabilities while my dad attended college full time. I babysat my neighbors children from ages 1-13 every weekday for 2 years. I am a single mother of a 12 year old. I currently babysit for a single mother who has an 8 month old. I will soon babysit a little boy who is almost 1, two days a week. I worked at School Kids in Peterborough (S.K.I.P) in Peterborough NH after the Director of SKiP asked me if I had experience in early childhood, which I did, and hired me right away. Swimming-sprinkler/bubbles-picnics/ planting a garden/or flowers.. hoola hoop- swim in pool/ or lake/pond/ Since your children are younger I can come up with some fun stuff to do. I love hiking too! I try to incorporate a good amount of fun learning activities and especially heheh h
