I have not had hands-on experience with a special needs child but I spent a whole semester learning about exceptional children and the tools and steps I will need to take to ensure their success in life. It may be harder for me to learn how to care for special needs children but if I am taught what is best for them and how to care for them, I’m positive I’ll be a great care taker for them.
