I am Laura and I am passionate about children! Proper growth and development of a child is imperative for their future into adulthood. The children of today, are our future leaders of tomorrow, hence the significance of their development!
Now, here is some information about my experience! About two years ago now, I graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Additionally, I have been caring for children since I was 13. I have worked in various professional childcare settings, as well as in many homes. I have cared for youth from infancy up to age 18. I have experience working with children with Down's Syndrome and Autism. Lastly, I have worked for Hillside Family of Agencies for the last year and a half, so I have abundant experience working with youth who struggle with mental health disorders, as well as behavioral matters.
