Hello, I'm Laurel!

I have 9 years of experience working in childcare, and am currently looking for a nanny position.

I have worked as a Montessori Assistant Teacher, a Pre-K Teacher, a full-time nanny, a 1st grade Teacher's Aide, and a part-time babysitter.

I studied Anthropology at Flagler College and worked as an Archeologist.

I grew up in Florida on my family's farm as the oldest of nine cousins, and with that developed a natural love of taking care of children, a love for the outdoors, a love of animals, and a passion for living a life full joy, creativity, and learning.

It is hard to pin down one specific moment to call my favorite as I so cherish all the bonds I made with the children and their families. Getting to see children go from crawling to walking, or loving picture books to reading, or feeling nervous about coming into the classroom to loving every second of it fills my heart with joy!
