Aside from making sure the children are well cared for and following the parents rules, I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure that the children are happy and having a good time, even while doing chores, homework, etc

I have worked with a few special needs children as a teacher aide. I was also in buddy club in high school, which involved staying after school to to crafts and games with the special needs classes
