I have worked in licensed childcare centers since 2014 in both Michigan and Ohio, gaining over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages. Throughout my career, I have served as a lead teacher for multiple age groups ranging from 12 months to school age. In these roles, I created engaging lesson plans, supported developmental milestones, maintained safe and nurturing classrooms, and built strong relationships with families.
After moving to Ohio, I advanced into an Associate Center Director position, where I gained leadership and administrative experience while continuing to support children, families, and staff. My background has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior management, communication, and creating fun, enriching experiences for children.
