Hi! I'm Lauren. I recently moved to Oklahoma City from Tulsa and have over 5 years of childcare experience. I just got recently married a couple months ago and I've worked with children through my church, primarily caring for babies and toddlers.

I'm also an aunt to 8 nieces and nephews ranging from 1 to 12 years old. I've spent years babysitting for my siblings and often caring for multiple children at once. I'd definitely say I'm the fun aunt!

I love doing arts and crafts, baking, playing outside, and anything sports-related. I'm always up for keeping kids active, having fun, and finding creative ways to stay entertained!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is actually spending time with the kids and being involved with them. I love playing games, doing activities, being silly, and making sure they're having fun instead of just sitting on my phone while they're playing. I want kids to feel safe, comfortable, and excited when they're with me, and I always try to make our time together fun and memorable.

My experience with special needs children...

My 5-year-old nephew has Down syndrome, and I've helped care for him since he was a baby. Spending so much time with him has given me experience with special needs children and taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and understanding. He's one of the happiest kids you'll ever meet!
