Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m 22 years old and was born and raised in Orange County. I love living by the beach and enjoy everything about the coastal lifestyle.

I currently work as a Medical Assistant for a plastic surgeon and am CPR and BLS certified, with my MA license. Before that, I spent three years as a nanny for a wonderful family in San Clemente, where I also took on the role of personal assistant to the parents. To me, the most important part of being a nanny is truly being an extra set of hands for the parents—someone they can fully trust and rely on. It’s about stepping in with care, consistency, and support so their day runs more smoothly. I also believe in treating the children as if they were my own—with love, patience, and the kind of attention that helps them feel safe, valued, and understood.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments while nannying was watching the toddler I cared for take her very first steps. We had been practicing together every day, and when she finally let go of the couch and walked toward me with the biggest smile.
