A little bit about me

A single mom of two special needs kids, I have experience with kids of all ages. I started babysitting babies and school-aged children as a teenager and went on to care for my grandparents while they were recovering from chemotherapy and hip and knee surgeries.

To me, everyone needs to be treated with compassion, but boundaries still need to be placed and enforced. There is a way to be able to work with any child, no matter how willful, and the key to any successful relationship with them is to find what works best for the individual.

Parenting children with mental health issues and autism has increased my understanding and patience, and I would love to transfer that to your loved ones!
