A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Malaigha Sweats, and I’m a college student-athlete currently studying psychology with a strong passion for working with kids. I have over 4 years of babysitting experience with many different families in both Houston and Corpus Christi, Texas. Being the second oldest child in my family—and an aunt as well—I’ve naturally taken on the role of the go-to babysitter (lol), so caring for children has always been a big part of my life.

I also grew up around childcare thanks to my godmother, who worked as a nanny for many years. Because of that, I’ve been exposed to the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a safe, fun environment for kids from a young age.

I would describe myself as kind, respectful, hardworking, and very family-oriented. I’m energetic and playful, but also attentive and patient when it comes to children’s needs. I love being creative with activities, and I’m always happy to help out around the house with cooking and cleaning as well.
