I think the most important part about being a nanny is knowing the limits of each kid and being kind to them make sure they have fun but not too much fun don’t discipline them but make sure they know right from wrong of what they are doing as long as the parents are OK and as long as I follow the rules of the parents and the kids follow the rules are their parents everything will go smoothly

my favorite nanny moment is when I was babysitting this one and a half year-old and she just fell asleep in my arms and woke up and then started crying then she started chasing the dogs and I just found out the most funniest thing. and then now she’s two years old and I babysit her all the time and I love her
