A little bit about me

My name is Leia!
I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and I have work in a nursing home helping the elderly. I don't want to pay to have a background check done but know that I cannot be a CNA without a background check that I have passed with flying colors.
I have 200+ hours working with special needs kids in the classroom and doing after school activities. It is my dream to be a pediatric nurse and be able to work with kids all day long. I am about to be a senior in high school. I am an honor role student in mostly college classes, 4.0+ GPA and believe myself to be a great influence. I wouldn't mind tutoring as part of my time.
I would like a summer Job where I can work ALL hours, but not longer than 8 at a time. When school comes back around we would have to discuss a change, but I would be avaliable all weekends and after school.

I worked a lot with special needs kids. I've helped them in the classroom as well as after school activities, mostly sports.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have really been trying to be more active! I would not mind going outside more. But most of all my family has never liked board games but I love them! I would love a new friend to play with.

My experience with special needs children...

My experience with special needs involves helping them in class, mostly science as that is my specialty. Ranging all the way from helping them with making a poster to helping them read/write. I also help with sports: basketball, flag football, track, and a little cheer. I am very friendly and it is my goal to be a special needs nurse for kids (not sure if that's a thing but it's my dream)
