Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

When I was in middle school and high school I worked as a peer tutor during the summer for special needs kids. It was so fun watching them grow and learn new things!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor activities I love doing are playing games like hide and seek, playing with toys, and watching movies. Outdoor activities such as tag, going to the park, swimming, etc. (note: I was a lifeguard last summer and know how to teach kids how to swim!)

The most important part about being a nanny...

Keeping the kids safe, well fed and clean.

My experience with special needs children...

I helped kids learn new things such as simple addition and subtraction, letters, colors and numbers. While I am not certified by any means to care for a special needs kid. I do know the basics because of being a peer tutor!
