I took Child Development 1 and 2, as well as Child Health in high school, which allowed me to work one on one with pre-school kids! I took the classes Child Development 1 and 2, and Child Health, in high school which required us to work one on one with the children of the Wee Wildcats Preschool. I would have to plan activities for the kids, as well as “teach”. I really enjoyed my experience in these classes which is why I also volunteered with a friend to look after kids at the Eastmont Community Church.
