More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to my nanny experience, I’ve cared for children in a variety of other roles that have helped me grow as a caregiver. I’ve worked as a babysitter for multiple families, providing evening and weekend care for children of different ages. I also have experience helping in family and community settings—supporting younger relatives, assisting with group activities, and even helping children with homework and daily routines.
Each of these experiences has strengthened my ability to be patient, attentive, and adaptable, while building strong bonds with children and earning the trust of their families.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and the family. It’s about creating a safe, loving space where children feel supported, understood, and free to be themselves.
Being a nanny isn’t just about supervision—it’s about nurturing their growth, encouraging their curiosity, and being a steady, positive presence in their everyday life. I believe consistency, communication, and genuine care are key to making a lasting, meaningful impact.

My experience with special needs children...
I have had the privilege of working with children with special needs, and it has been one of the most rewarding parts of my caregiving journey. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a supportive environment tailored to each child’s unique needs.
My experience includes assisting with daily routines, providing one-on-one attention, and using gentle communication to help children feel safe, understood, and encouraged. I’ve worked with children who have developmental delays, sensory sensitivities, and behavioral challenges, and I always approach every child with empathy, respect, and a willingness to learn what works best for them.
I believe every child deserves to be celebrated for who they are, and I take pride in being someone they can trust and rely on.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a little boy I cared for say his first full sentence. We had been working on his speech together for weeks through fun songs, flashcards, and lots of encouragement. One morning, he looked up at me and clearly said, “I want my red car, please!” It may seem small, but the joy on his face—and his parents’—was unforgettable. It reminded me how meaningful it is to be part of a child’s growth, no matter how big or small the milestone.
