The most important part about being a nanny...
Children need structure, nurture and dependability. I feel that being a nanny gives children someone they can trust, learn from, have fun with and depend on. Children are a blessing from God and each moment, especially in the early years, are priceless. I miss my own kids being this age and if I can help parents feel like they can trust me with their child is so important. Bringing happiness to the parents and the child is so rewarding.
My experience with special needs children...
My son has autism so I am familiar with that particular special needs. I taught a day center for developmental challenged adults, but I’m mostly familiar with children concerning Autism.
