One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a child I cared for become more confident and comfortable with me over time. At first, they were shy and a little hesitant, but through playing together, reading stories, and sticking to a routine, we built a strong bond. Eventually, they would run to greet me with a smile, which reminded me how meaningful it is to create a safe and loving space for children.
