I coached young kiddos in cheer, dance, and gymnastics for two years. I also spent two years in early childhood development and education classrooms caring for children ages birth to five. I volunteered in a local preschool classroom during those two years as well for NHS.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing art projects with kiddos. During my time in an early childhood class, I spent a lot of time creating lesson plans and constructing Pinterest boards that support children's development. I tend to have a large focus in supporting the social and emotional development in the activities that I chose to lead with kiddos. However, that being said, I also love taking kiddos outside to get some movement and experience nature. I am incredibly flexible and adaptable to each child's individual needs.
