A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Alexis and I am a 22 year old female. I’ve helped take care of other children since I was 5 years old, when my younger sister was born. I grew up with the nickname “Mother Hen” because I was always taking care of little ones, even from a young age. At the age of 13, I started babysitting for neighboring families when they needed me for the parents’ work schedule, date nights, vacation time, etc.

During my Sophomore year of High School, I did become CPR certified, however, due to the occupation I’ve had for the previous 4 years, I never renewed it whenever it expired.

I currently have a 2 year old sister and a 5 year old niece, and often watch after them. My eldest sister and my niece both have special needs, so working with children who have such needs isn’t an issue for me.

I enjoy being around children and seeing them happy! Protecting and caring for our youth is important, and I hope to take part in that. I hope to hear from you.
