The most important part about being a nanny is a good line of trust and confidence between myself and the parents. Allowing a person to come into your home and help take care of your children is a very vulnerable act. Making sure there is a clear line of communication of what is expected; what is acceptable; and what is not acceptable.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a four year experience with special needs children. Everyday my student and I had hands on experiences learning letters, number, and speech. On fun Fridays we challenged our brains by doing puzzles and building confidence by speaking to others.
