Hi! My name is Lilian, I am 20 years old. Caring for children has been at the center of my life from a young age. My mom opened a daycare in our home when I was 3, so I grew up learning how to create a space where children feel safe, seen, and supported. I began babysitting at 13 and have spent the last several years working in daycare settings, strengthening my passion for helping children grow.
