Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

have been passionate about working with children since I was a child myself. I started babysitting at a young age and throughout my adolescence I had amazing opportunities to volunteer locally and across the globe. I worked for two years as a teacher's aid and classroom tutor in a second grade classroom. After that, I worked as a lead teacher in an early education center working with children 0-3 years of age, leading fun classroom activities and projects and supporting children through developmental milestones. For the past 2 years I have been working as a full time nanny to a 2 year old and helped the family welcome their new born!

I love having a structured week with flexibility to adapt to a child's needs. I like to start our day with songs and story time. Throughout the week I will set up sensory activities, walks, and/or field trips to parks, stores, etc!
