I have never been a nanny to a special needs child outside of my family, but my little brother and little cousin both have special needs. So I am experienced to handle situations like that :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My most recent nanny job I had a 8 year old and a 3 year old. It was their birthday and they thought I wouldn’t get them anything but I actually made the whole day great! I got them gifts, took them to eat, and overall they loved having me as a nanny. It felt so sweet.
