I am Lilly Gilmore. I am only 18, and I know it may be strange to see my work experience and my age. Growing up my responsibilities were kids unfortunately. I have more than enough experience for my age as I have fully raised 2 kids (my siblings) basically by myself. In high school I took elementary education classes and have 4 credits to early childhood development. In high school I also took a nursing class in which I learned first aid and infant/child cpr though I do not have certification. I also took parenting and childhood classes and I would say I am more experienced and knowledgeable in the field than most people 18.
