Hi! My name is Lilly Moore and I am from Carver, Minnesota. I’m currently studying psychology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and I am home for the summer looking for a nannying or babysitting job for local families! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

For the past four years, I have volunteered at my summer church camp called Cathedral of the Pines. Here I worked with children from grades second through ninth, where I lead daily devotions, afternoon actives, did cleaning and gardening work around the camp, and cared for each of my campers specific needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Going for walks or bike rides in nature (or really any fun outdoor activities to keep the kids active!), exploring fun ice cream shops and cafes, and doing arts and crafts! I also love to just have a calm day at home watching some cartoons, coloring, and eating yummy snacks!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, consistent, and reliable environment where children feel emotionally secure, valued, and free to be themselves. With my background in psychology and a strong interest in child development and mental health, I truly believe that the early years shape so much of how a child sees themselves and the world. Whether it’s offering comfort during an emotional time or celebrating small wins in their day, I see nannying as a chance to help build a child’s self-confidence and emotional resilience through showing extra patience, empathy, and intentionality.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have specific experience with special needs children but I am willing and able to learn, and treat every child with compassion and the care that they need!
