A little bit about me

My name is Lily, and I just moved to Salida from California!

Back in California, I was a therapeutic nanny for high-needs elementary schoolers with ADHD and autism. Together, we worked on social skills, academics, and behavior - and we had tons of fun!

I was also a Minister of Children, Youth & Families at a progressive church, where I worked with 5-18 year olds. We went camping, did arts and crafts, and connected with each other and faith traditions.

Previously, I have been a "professional parent" through a foster care program for teenagers, a tutor and academic coach for youth with anxiety and learning disabilities, a teacher at a high-achieving middle school, and a summer camp counselor.

I love working with youth and families. I have taken a number of coursed and certifications in child development with a special focus on kids with extra needs.
