Hi! My name is Lily. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and have over 10 years of experience babysitting and nannying children from infants to teens.

I also work as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), where I support children with autism. This experience has helped me build strong patience, communication skills, and the ability to support children with different needs.

I love keeping kids engaged with fun activities like arts and crafts, reading, games, and outdoor play. I enjoy creating a safe and positive environment where children can learn and have fun.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started as the floater for the infant room then moved up to assistant toddler room teacher. Then I became the lead preschool teacher. I also had a nanny family for a year before they moved. I would get them from school, prepare a snack, help with homework and then have dance party's or play! I also have some family 's that I do date night sitting for. Those I typically play with the kids and follow the evening routine and put them to sleep.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Dancing, singing, cooking/baking, playing all sorts of games, going to parks or museums. Art projects, playing outside.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive environment where kids can have fun, feel understood, and grow. I want them to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident as they explore and learn. We also need to be patient as the kiddos try to problem solve or have big feelings that they're working through.

My experience with special needs children...

I work with kids with autism during the day. So I have experience with kiddos who are non verbal, use an AAC device, PECs to communicate. I've also delt with some aggression behaviors. As well as teaching kids daily routines(like brushing teeth, or washing hands) so they can be more independent.
