A little bit about me

I am retired from Whirlpool Corporation and within one year I became a Nanny for a wonderful Doctor and her husband. She had unusual hours and I had flexibility. This couple had just had their first son and I loved him from Day 1. I took care of this precious little baby and within 3 years I also cared for his newborn brother. After another 2-3 years my husband and I left Plano for Nashville, TN. It was a hard decision to leave but my son was in Iraq fighting the war and he needed us to help his wife as she was ill and had two little toddlers. We stayed for 6 years and last August we moved to NRH to be close to our daughter and her family, and their 1 year old son. Before all of this I spent a year working through a Nanny group and found that I truly was doing what I loved to do. After 32+ years in Corporate work I knew what I had missed during those years that I was working and raising my two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. I am very qualified and I love children and I always give them my undivided attention. I am CPR trained and I took a class to know the proper ways to assist a child that is sick or wounded. I spent many hours with the First Responders so I would be trained to care for our 50+ employees if an accident occurred.
