I love doing all sorts of activities especially the children’s preference, but I do love to focus on teaching activities as well for the early stage children(ie, teaching colors, numbers, the alphabet, how to tie their shoes & potty training).

Support, supporting the family at their needs. To ensure you’re there to help relieve some of the stress & pressure it can have on one another. Especially the working family’s with high end jobs. Their job is stressful at times & to come home with that & is pressed to run around to do this & that for children(their family spouse included) can be a lot to handle at once. So if you can put them at ease that you can help relieve & take some of it off their shoulders & handle what needs to be done is a big relief.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a lot of patience & is very gentle to their needs. You have to put yourself in their shoes & treat them like they’re no different than anyone else.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Tantrums, I love to see the emotions they grow through when throwing one. It’s best to let them express theirselves then redirect them to how they should handle their situation that caused it. Not all necessarily means they have to be punished but the new children you have to discipline them in a way that fits the person they are.
