A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Lindsay Defenderfer. I loved working with kids ever since I earned my babysitting badge in Girl Scouts! I grew up with a younger brother and sister. I also helped take care of my nephew while my sister finished school. In high school I joined my "second family." I watched all three of their girls, went on vacation with them, and would be at their house at least one day every weekend. I have been a consistent nanny for three families and a frequent babysitter for many others. I also was a daily tutor for a boy with ADHD, I would pick him up from school and try to get him to focus on homework. I studied early childhood development and have worked both as a teacher and child center care giver.

I enjoy doing crafts, playing, and special learning projects. I am very relaxed and easy going. I like to try to have fun with the kids and hopefully teach them something new.
