- The oldest and youngest began to play with each other even though the oldest preferred not since the youngest was barely learning to speak and mostly in Spanish at the time. It was nice to see that they both progressed enough to be able to communicate in Spanglish despite their age gap (4 years) and preferences in playmates.
- Dance parties. The girls and I would dance to s variety of music (Spanish kid songs, kpop, Disney soundtracks, disco, oldies rock, educational music (kitchen utensils, object naming, shapes, etc.). Sometimes this would be done while I cleaned up toys and broomed or organized.
