A little bit about me

I'm a 44 year old woman who's entering the empty nest phase of life. I have a 17 yo son and a 21 yo daughter. I have homeschooled them for 15 years. I'm new to nannying but I have much experience working with kids. I worked at a daycare when I was much younger. There I worked with children with Downs Syndrome and immediately fell in love with them. Eventually, naming my son after a special little boy. Over the last 20years, I have worked in many children programs mostly through our church. I was head of the nursery for8 years. Helped in children's church, vacation bible school, and taught Sunday School. I am currently nannying part time for a family with 2 boys. I really enjoy it and would love to pick up another part time nannying job. I am available anytime Saturday-Monday and evenings anytime after 3pm. I have a new and reliable car and am happy to pick up and drop off your kids if necessary. I'm looking for a family with kids who want to do fun things with such as go to the park, zoo, science center, bowling, or whatever else you can think of. I love babies and kids of all ages.

I have lots of experience with kids from just one month to 13 years old also, I do have experience with special-needs kids.I currently have five siblings they’re older now, but when we were younger, I would have to watch them constantly I also have done a couple babysitting jobs for some friends and family so I have experience with that too. I have a car and will be a junior this year i wanted to find something to do after school from 4 PM to the 9 PM the latest Saturday and Sundays I would be able to work all the way from 6 AM to 9 PM. I am CPR certified I know how to cook will be willing to clean to activities with the kids and constantly keep an eye on them to keep them safe. I’m currently a lifeguard and looking to be a babysitter because right now I really enjoy talking to the kids and making connections as well as starting conversations and such!
