Being a nanny is such a special role. I love to form bonds with the children I watch, as well as form bonds with the family as a whole. Trusting someone to watch your child is such an important aspect and as a nanny, I want to make sure that everyone involved is happy with the arraignment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think my favorite nanny moments are when I get to watch the kids learn something new, whether that means they learn to walk, or talk, or just figure something out that they didn't know how to do and watching their face light up with joy.
