A little bit about me

While I don't have PAID experience with child care, I have raised 2 wonderful daughters who are both successful in their life journeys. The 26 year old daughter is pursuing a doctorate in psychology and the 22 year old daughter is graduating with honors from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. My husband has been a successful middle school teacher for 24 years.
I was a stay-at-home mom for 16 years. I did alterations and sewing part-time to help with expenses during this time. I have coached middle school volleyball and volunteered with parent groups. I enjoy seeing personal growth at all stages of life.
I like to run, bike, play volleyball and pickleball. I enjoy waterskiing, fishing, hiking, listening to audiobooks and learning. I love kids, art projects and cooking healthy food. I am a good listener and love to solve problems, but understand and respect the support role of a nanny.
I believe in kindness and compassion and treating everyone with respect.
