When living with my Au pair family the teen was at a new school mom was deployed out of country. And there was a spelling bee at school.. she entered the spelling bee with a lot of apprehension. Knowing who she was, and how hard this was for her and then her getting in front of the school and participating was amazing to watch how proud. Of herself.
