My love for helping care for younger children came from being raised taking care of my younger cousins. I currently don't babysit very often and have lots of free time because one of my previous families has recently moved away. I have worked with families of up to 3 kids and from ages 11 months-9 years.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing elaborate story times and make believe. I have also started doing science experiments and arts and crafts with the children. I am constantly trying to learn new games to play and am not afraid to run around and get dirty outside if that's what your kid would like to do.

I believe the most important part about babysitting is being able to provide a fun and safe environment for the child while allowing the parent to get what they need done.
My experience with special needs children...
Although I am not specifically trained to work with kids in special needs I have several times. I have worked with kids on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, and children who are mute.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The best moments are when the kids get to have a laugh out of you doing something ridiculous. From running around pretending to be a dinosaur to purposely getting fingerprint paint hands all over me it always warms my heart to hear the kids giggle.
